The property at 42 and 44 Spencer is two sections, one, the front one valued at $380,000 New Zealand which has a three bedroom brick house on it. The other has fruit trees and is valued at $130,000.
There is no simple reason why New Zealand Guardian Trust Limited was appointed Property Manager, last time for three years on 28th August 2,007, and the order expires on 28th August 2,010, and was renewed by them by court order from the Family Court of New Zealand in February 2011, for another three years.
This however protects this property from being sold without (Craig Roebuck, manager of the Tauranga office of) New Zealand Guardian Trust's permission, and it therefore protects your investment and any legal contracts or claims against my estate.
