What happens if you don't pay?

Well we upload a virus to your system and shut it down.

No don't worry, JavaScript isn't that powerful. You are pretty safe on the net unless you click on a file and download it into your hard drive.

What happens is you continue to run up a bill for use of shareware you haven't paid for. We are assuming that you doing something worth $100 per day, and stupid enough to think that paying twice, (or every month) is cheaper than registuring your software immediately. There are a lot of things you can use the net for.

<On April 2, 2010, Gosling left Sun Microsystems which had recently been acquired by the Oracle Corporation.[3] Regarding why he left, Gosling wrote on his blog that:

"Just about anything I could say that would be accurate and honest would do more harm than good." He has since taken a very critical stance towards Oracle in interviews, noting that "During the integration meetings between Sun and Oracle, where we were being grilled about the patent situation between Sun and Google, we could see the Oracle lawyer's eyes sparkle."[4]
